Monarch is honored to host a benefit dinner supporting the recovery and rebuilding of the Hill Country following recent catastrophic flooding. This event is in collaboration with Plug Public Relations. All proceeds benefit the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country. This evening is a call to action, bringing together community, cuisine, and compassion for a meaningful cause.
Chef Danny Grant and Chef Jason Rohan have thoughtfully crafted a seven-course tasting menu that pays tribute to the spirit of Texas. Expect refined interpretations of classic dishes, from heritage meats and wild game to foraged produce, all artfully presented with Monarch’s signature elegance. This special menu is not only a celebration of place, but a heartfelt homage to the resilience and strength of the communities affected.

Join us high above the city for an unforgettable evening celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Schramsberg Vineyards, one of Napa Valley’s most iconic sparkling wine houses. Monarch Dallas invites you to indulge in an exclusive multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Schramsberg’s finest vintages, including their renowned Blanc de Blancs and J. Davies Cabernet Sauvignon.
Set against the backdrop of sweeping skyline views, this one-night-only event promises refined cuisine, exceptional wines, and spirited conversation with fellow enthusiasts. Raise a glass and experience the artistry of sparkling wine as only Schramsberg can deliver.
Two seating options will be available: 5:30pm and 8:15pm.
