Q: Do you have a way to guarantee a window seat?
A: Window seats can be reserved online only. It’s a $125 per person non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your dinner exclusive of tax and gratuity. If you don’t see a window time that works for you, we can make note of your request, and add your name to the request list for any last-minute cancellations.
Q: Do you sell physical gift cards?
A: Yes, physical gift cards can be purchased at our restaurant
Q: Do you have a dress code at Monarch?
A: Yes, we do have a dress code. In order to support the celebratory environment of Monarch, we kindly request that all guests dress business casual or better. Please no athletic attire, hats, flip flops, shorts, hoodies or t-shirts. All gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt or jacket. Please come as your elegant selves!
Q: Is there valet available?
A: The Thompson Hotel offers valet service through Towne Park for $10. Otherwise, there are parking garages nearby.
Q: Do you have private events or larger dinner party options?
A: Yes, we do accommodate private and large events. For parties of 10 or more please contact [email protected]
Q: Do you have outdoor dining at Monarch?
A: No, we do not have outdoor dining, however we do have spectacular views of Dallas from the 49th floor.
Q: Do you have gluten free options on the menu?
A: We do have some dishes on our menu that can be made gluten free. We do not have gluten free options for any of our pasta dishes.
